Trajaan is an AI-powered insights platform that analyses search demand and social signals to identify emerging consumer trends. The platform draws on data from sources such as Google search behaviour and social platforms including TikTok.

​​​The product’s value was primarily communicated through demos and technical walkthroughs. This placed the emphasis on features rather than buyer outcomes, leaving many prospects unclear on where the product applied or why it mattered for them. Without clear proof of value, the sales process remained dependent on explanation rather than demand.

Trajaan was looking to expand its customer base into new industries and needed a clearer way to demonstrate the platform’s relevance to prospective clients.

Create industry-specific insight pieces that demonstrate the platform in action, allowing prospective buyers to see the types of insights they could generate and how the tool can support their own analysis and decision-making.

Approach

​

​

I worked directly with the Trajaan platform to create a series of industry-specific editorial insight pieces, each focused on a sector the company wanted to grow into.

​

For each sector, I identified emerging trends, used the different platform features to explore and filter the data, and analysed what was changing and why it mattered. I then shaped the findings into clear, commercially relevant narratives designed for buyer-facing use.

​

The emphasis was not only on the insights, but on making the platform’s capabilities clear through the content, so buyers could see how the tool worked in practice.

Industries included automotive, luxury fashion, wellness, beauty, and food and beverage.

Trajaan gained a set of industry-specific proof-of-concept pieces they could share with new clients.

Each piece showed a clear market story alongside the platform features behind it, giving sales teams something tangible to lead with in conversations.
